it's entirely down to coefficients.

lfc are now firmly no 2 seeds thanks to our work. we will be in pot 1 or 2 next year.

pot 1 = bayern, psg, Barca, juve, city....

pot 2 = the likes of us, Chelsea etc etc. atletico...

I would rather we won this and got in pot 1.
