I’m at a stag do ... in Manchester of all places. I’m absolutely buzzing. Incredibly proud of this team and this is the least they deserve.

Without trophies, this team and klopp wouldn’t get the credit but we can now put that to bed. We are Liverpool!!

The early goal changed the dynamics of the game and I felt we just wanted to soak up the pressure and catch spurs on the counter.

Whilst we struggled attacking, credit to our defence. That was an elite defensive performance - spurs didn’t have a sniff really. And anything they did have, Alisson just made everything look easy.

We played the game that played out in front of us. Something we've lacked for years. Agree after the early goal the the game changed and we played accordingly.... Spuds will say it was a **** game lalalalalala **** that ****. We Totally outclassed spurs they were overwhelmed by the occasion. Game was won in 32secs.
What a side we have here!
First of many for Klopp and this team 100%

Think we scored a bit too early and killed the game off. Wasn't a good game, but we had the best defence in the league, the best keeper in the league and the team knew it. Never looked panicked or even that bothered and Tottenham looked useless going forward until we went 2-0 up. Then again we have two golden boot winners in our team which they had to be scared of, whereas they had a man who cares more about his personal accolades and belief others can't beat him again. Salah just about won that one

Bit of a duff game as footie goes ,but what a brilliant night.Was in town watching the game and it was bedlam,Concert square was absolutely rammed and then after the game bottom of Bold street was absolutely just rammed again with fans singing, beer ,won CL and kebab... BRILLIANT NIGHT....:emoticon-0169-dance

I didn't really feel that nervous last night.

Did think would win.

Only time was when Salah went up for the penalty. The rest of the game was a slog but that didn't seem to bother the team who were happy to defend.
