Perhaps too early to criticize but Mignolet does this thing that I truly do not understand how a professional football goalkeeper can allow himself to do. He collects the ball, and with 3 Stoke players out of defensive position in his immediate vicinity (yet not threatening him whatsoever) he gathers the ball and holds onto it. He has no sense of urgency. He jogs back, looks up as if he's picking out a pass, then pings it straight to a Stoke player and loses the ball. So not only has he waited too long for a counter-attack but he's also given it away to a Stoke now with all players back in position.
He does it all the time and I'm not sure how hard it is to tell him to ****ing release the ball earlier even if it's just to your fullbacks.
