So, what did we think of that then?
Few themes emerged, I thought.
1) He's a little taken aback by the intrusion of the press. Fair enough, I say. I've been a little irked by some of the coverage (including some of our own), so let's be fair to the fella.
2) He's clearly preparing to make Liverpool more defensively structured and harder to beat. No promises of free flowing football or goal fests, he's talking about stability and security. Again, fair enough.
3) Rotten news for Joe Gomez, but encouraging words from the manager about the young lad. He's got a future at Liverpool.
4) I bet he wishes he never mentioned 'The Normal One'
5) He clearly knows his team, if nothing drastic happens between now and Saturday.

That's bad for us as I feel he had settled well and that he suited Klopps regime.
With a half fit Studge same with Firmino, no Benteke, no Ings we really are light up top. Origi will get a chance on Saturday.
New team taking into account injuries.
I would like us to be up by a few goals and change it to rest Studge at some point.

I feel the title is out of our grasp now and we'll have to settle for 2nd disappointing.
Poor Ings. To do so well after being 3rd choice on pecking order at start of season it is sad he is out.
