Not sure if true but apparently Klopp and the team have been walking through the city today (helps create a bond with fans and club).

    Anyone confirm?

Southampton's team looks good but their bench is no great shakes. Keep Mane, Pelle and Tadic quiet (big ask) and we'll be in with a chance

Origi. Ffs. Every manager has their love child. And no sturridge even on bench? Sell him already. Useless player

  5. Hope they can match my mornings Sunday league exploits; won 6-0 without them having a genuine threat at our goal :)

Good to see the Origi bashing has started already, barely 5 minutes into the game <ok>

Who cares about giving players a proper chance and run of games, get rid of the ****er!

Would have loved for us to have signed Van Djik. Thinks he's a very good defender.

Huge difference between saying a player is being crap and saying they will always be crap. Huge optimism and "he's wearing red so pretend he is good" isn't going to make him good.

That said I'd be hugely surprised if Origi comes good. He was terrible in France and has been lazy and poor for us. I'd rather a youth player be getting experience.

He hasn't been great but cant say he's lazy. Anyone playing as a lone striker often looks isolated and lazy - Mario, strurridge and benteke have all suffered the same.

He's put in a shift to be fair

Please don't give me the patronising 'he's wearing red so pretend he is good' speech. I am far from the type of fan who blindly defends anything to do with the club. I've criticised plenty of players in my time just like I've defended plenty. Origi hasn't had a chance, but is constantly bashed. Did you watch him in France, or just going off that famous 'worst XI' stat? Just curious.

He IS a youth player, only 20 years old. God help the next kid who starts up front whilst the rest of our senior strikers are on the sick bed and doesn't play well after a handful of games!
