Sturridge should have been an accountant... Although then he would have developed carpal tunnel.

There are no other careers or jobs that would permit Sturridge enough sick days or time off per/annum to do them at all

Good job there's a football club who'll let him hang around like a really elaborate dole centre and pay him to be there

True though. He would be on statutory sick pay by now.

  6. Wouldn't be bothered about Studge had Ings been fit. Let's hope Klopp can get the best out of Benteke.

I don't see how they think a guy with Martial as his profile picture, one guy with Chelsea as his twitter background and another guy called SimplySpurs, are Liverpool fans. Awful, pointless article with a misleading headline. Lucky the paper is free, because no ****er would pay for that crappy level of journalism.

What I find refreshing about Klopp is that he's not using any flannel in the post-match interviews: he knows there's work to do. He's been objectively critical: we could have done this better, we didn't do enough of that; not perfect; we're at 98% (think he's being generous there tbh).

If he took up his suitcase and ran for the hills now I wouldn't blame him, but I don't think he will <ok>

Nah he loves a project. Think he prefers taking a team doing pants but with potential and making them realise that potential.

Win tomorrow we could be 6th by the end of the day. As it stands we're 12th and that looks scary!

From the side that started again Kazan, I'd make two changes, Lucas for Allen and Benteke for Origi..
Ford needs to find so form and fast otherwise he could be doing bench duty.. esp. with Firmino (not that he's pulled up any trees) being fit now and is an option..
Sturridge, think if he continues to pull a Sickie, Klopp won't wait around for him like Rodgers did...

    Rumoured team:

Mignolet – Clyne, Škrtel, Sakho (c), Moreno – Emre Can, Lucas – Firmino, Lallana, Coutinho – Benteke

No Milner, which means we'll have a new captain ...
