Liverpool need to play 'perfect' match
Former Spain midfielder Xabi Alonso, who won the Champions League with both Liverpool and Real Madrid, told AFP: "I think that to win, Liverpool will have to play an almost perfect match and will have to prepare everything in every detail, analysing all the strengths and weaknesses of Madrid and how to tackle them.
"I don't think Madrid will change the way they play for Liverpool. I think they've had a very specific way of playing in recent years, and the players know how to orchestrate it very well. In fact, it's in the big games that they're the best, and I'm sure we'll see a great Real Madrid in the final."
Jurgen Klopp faces Emre Can dilemma for Champions League final - his heart 'isn't at Liverpool'
A lot of fans wouldn’t want Can on the bench, says John Aldridge

I think we're already aware of that.
Yeah just posting stuff I find. keeps the thread ticking over.
It was more a reply to Alonso than you.
So as expected corporate tickets and those on sale globally(combined total more than the supporters of the two clubs in the final)have found their way on to the black market, the internet ticket sites are awash with tickets for prices up to as much as £14,000.
If one or maybe both of the final clubs(won't happen obviously)refused to play in the final because their supporters are getting ripped off maybe Uefa would listen and change their ticketing policy.
A couple of mates of mine both season ticket holders were lucky enough to get tickets through the club ballot, one booked his return flight to Kiev the same night we got through at Roma(paid £900)before he even got a ticket, the other lad waited to see if he was lucky in the ballot and now has a ticket but no way of going because he hasn't got enough money to pay for the well over a grand flight.
He's giving the ticket to the other lad to sell at face value in Kiev so he at least gets his money back and a deserving supporter over there will get to see the game.
Uefa know/knew the logistics of choosing an eastern European venue for the final and the difficulties it would cause western Europeans to get there, it was more or less guaranteed the the two finalists would be from the western side of Europe even though they chose the venue a couple of years ago.
LFC as a club don't come out of this with flying colours, the amount of tickets the the playing staff and boardroom staff took from the allocation is scandalous.

It was the moment that said everything about the relationship between Sergio Ramos and Real Madrid.
There he was, the 32-year-old defender, veteran of more than 150 caps for Spain, winner of just about every honour in the game, in among the fans, singing and celebrating with them.
The second leg of the Champions League semi-final between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich had finished half an hour earlier at the Bernabeu, the Spanish team through to their third successive final after a 4-3 aggregate victory.
they must be ****ing drunk if they think that liability can hurt us.
He's more likely to be sent off than anything and he totally suits our style.
Between him and marcello they are our biggest hopes.
We are never winning a passing contest against this lot so forcing errors will be bloody hard for us to do.... but ramos is one who's more than capable of getting a red and being off after making a stupid error under pressure.
I think they point that out in the full article, he can be the hero or villain.
English!!! Media company based in Salfordthe headline is hilarious.

RHC went to school?![]()
If fit he would be a good addition to the bench but that means someone will be dropped from the bech which is a bit unfair but we have to look and use all our resources in order to win this.
It looks like he really is moving on and I don't think we're really going to miss him. Good player but nothing special.
