Said I would get a tad excited if we beat Newcastle so er....
That said
This could easily go tits up
There are any one of four teams that could win it and anyone of six that can still do it and mathematically not many teams are already out of it.
We are still to have our blip which will happen
It happens to all sides
This double header is a big one
But the prem is laden with confounding results
So even if we were to get through this the other teams can still trip us up.
Given that we have beaten most sides this year they are all due a result against us
Tbf we don’t need to lose games just the odd draw should be enough to derail us

What if we smash Arsenal and Man City?
we then need to not lose to spurs at Anfield and beat the other 14 non top 6 teams
Come on. Everyone knows that we’ll be starting as heavy favourites for the Arsenal game. Their midfield is either powder puff with Ozil or lacks creativity without him. Their defence is weak with that lichsteiner that right back, with errors in him.
If we can’t beat Arsenal I’ll start to get worried. But beat them and City, it is almost in the bag.
