That last one, the var list, I'm hoping we won't be top like that at the end of the season. My concern with losing vvd is his leadership, same with hendo for any long period of time. we have other leaders like Jimmy milner and Thiago but it's noticeable whenever hendo and VVD ain't on the pitch for us, we're far less organised and prone to losing concentration more. Whick leads to mistakes and mistakes lead to more mistakes. Still think we're walking this league, but that prediction is on thin ice at the moment, anymore big injuries and I may have to change my mind.
I don't think we will walk at this rate because we don't have many players who can actually walk at the moment ha! I do think we still win but will be a whole lot harder. Just imagine if we had a fully fit squad though ...
Thats why everyone was so chuffed about the vvd injury, gives everyone else at least some glimmer of a chance of keeping up with us.
the only question regarding those two is if they are fully training. rather than borrowing trouble why not wait for klopp's press conference later in the week. it will be fun
