respect the game first imo. we should be able to play a few squad players but it will be a kick in the pants to mess up early in the group. luxury of 5 subs so we will use the full squad i expect
the group is a nice mix up of fixtures. this one is must win as atlanta away is then up next and then we come back after another bullcrap international break with atlanta at home. then ajax at home with this lot as final game in December. it would be nice if that final game was a dead rubber. we need the win in this one to set us up for the big games v atlanta. ideally ajax would take points off them as well.
Agree with MITO in that we need to respect this game and still go in relatively strong. We can use 5 subs as well so we can always start strong and then take off a lot of players. Rotation is key.
I am one Have done every game since it went to can’t pick the opposition to win lmao actually I tell a lie I may have picked us to win once lol this will be tricky - take us on this board as an example - we are pretty much assuming the win Bet utd thought that when they played them too admittedly there are a few saying get it one then ring the changes but if it’s in our heads that this should be easy - I can’t imagine our players will be any different hope they have their game heads on
