Well a proper response is that hitting the woodwork counts for absolutely nothing in football - it means you were not accurate enough. Being the better of two teams and yet requiring 160 minutes to score against a team in a lower division is not good enough. It was our own fault that we didn't score. Sterling's 1v1 wouldn't be guaranteed a goal, poor decisions are given all the time. I agree we didn't deserve to lose at that point (and now we're going through) but to claim that we deserved to win at that point wasn't fair either. Nonetheless now we deserve it, so I'll keep my mouth shut.
