I'm pleased we kept it down to one. 0-0 would have been a fair result in that game. Really weak referee. It does make a difference. As Klopp said it's only half time, all to play for.

 

I keep seeing this "no shots on target stat" - I thought Mo's shot that was deflected for a corner was on target?
Atletico only had 2 themselves, apparently.

 

What frustrated me was Salah passing the ball to Firmino when he didn't have to and must have seen he was offside. That was the type of situation we were waiting for all night to score.

 

I think he miscontrolled it. I don't think it was an intentional pass.

 

I've just watched the highlights and I can't tell. It could be miscontrol, a pass to Firmino or a pass to himself. It was a good goal despite the offside. Let's get rid of offside eh

 

I thought it was mis-control. It was actually one of the better first touches of the night for us though
