Bottom half mate, that's why i'm not talking about anything "stopping" us <ok>

Still, 2 games in is not a time for that <laugh>

Roy Keane said that Liverpool were sloppy, but Klopp said that Arsenal were one hundred percent inform and Liverpool needed to be careful...Roy Keane was talking rubbish.

God, still talking about Roy Keane. An important player for MU but an irrelevance as a pundit and human being

    Journos <doh>
"Liverpool fight back to beat Arsenal and maintain winning start" - Beeb.
We made a cock-up to give them a goal start in a game we controlled completely both before and after that goal.
"Fight back" means something else entirely in my book.
    <doh> again.

Yeah, it's a headline to grab peoples attention rather than telling a true reflection of what really happened over those 93 mins.
I was so pissed off when we conceded <laugh>...........not only the nature of the goal but totally against the run of play.
Trent had recently hit the bar, Sadios bullet straight at the keeper etc.

An excellent performance, 3 games in but no one who is expected to be challenging the top places are anywhere near that level yet - important to keep putting those points on the board whilst they huff and puff!

Mane was absolutely outstanding I thought, given he got a yellow card in the 2nd minute, his pressing and aggression was so controlled and well timed after and he was unplayable at times.

Made up for Jota too <applause>

As others have said i thought we controlled the game almost whistle to whistle and almost everyone had really good games . Thought Gomez had his best game by some distance since lockdown .
Plus it was nice to see a game flow without constant interruptions .

Easier to look back at the game and say that it was almost the perfect performance. It did feel nervy until we scored the third but we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that we completely dominated Arsenal from start to finish.

Very poor error from Robbo was the only blemish on the night but I thought single player was at least 7 or 8 out of 10. We were ruthless.

In this form, Mane is just unplayable. He's unpredictable and he takes the game to you. Salah may not have got a goal or assist but he was still influential as ever.

Fabinho was quality once again and looks like he's back to his best. I was surprised to see some criticism of Keita and Gini. They may not have dribbled past players or created clear cut chances but they were crucial in terms of our pressing and they won the ball back so many times. They were a big part of why we pinned Arsenal back so much.

Glad to see Trent and Joe on top form again, whilst VVD was immense. I think he broke Thiago's record of most passes in a half!

This deserved to be said in a separate post but we've won 3 out of 3, which included Chelsea and Arsenal. We look incredibly strong and will look stronger once we cut out the silly mistakes.

And imagine when we add Thiago, Hendo, Kostas, Shaq, Jota, Taki, Ox, Matip into the mix.

That is true but he only played a cameo role. And what a cameo it was - it was really encouraging because he was finding himself in all the right positions.

Shout out to Allison as well - he's back to his best. Made crucial interceptions and saves (most were offside anyway) but he was brilliant.
