Some remarkable stuff in that first half, wave after wave of attacking football..............love itGreat performance, buzzing for the season now.

Nicolas Pepe was the first player to dribble past Virgil van Dijk in 50 games credit to him.

The most important thing Arsenal went back with 0 point.I don't really give a **** about this dribbled passed stat, means nothing in reality. I'd rather he got dribbled passed to take the focus away.
However Pepe didn't dribble pass VVD, he knocked the ball beyond him and ran after it!
I thought it was an impressive stat, tbh - but it has to end somewhere. It's not as though it's a major achievement to get past him once a year. To read some of the nonsense on social media you'd think the sky had fallen in.I don't really give a **** about this dribbled passed stat, means nothing in reality. I agree. Like Pépé getting past him - it means nothing, it came to nothing and they lost the game 3-1.It is an impressive stat, just like a high pass percentage or a keepers clean sheet record. But in reality, it means very little.
