Our attack will give most teams problems. Wenger played the most open football possible with the most disinterested players I've seen this year. Our test at home will come when the likes of Burnley WBA and Leicester put 11 players behind the ball and play long balls. But the omens are good. The club and the fans are feeling most positive because of Wenger. Our front 3 are gelling into a great force with Mane playing at a very high level. I would say we have the best attack in the premiership. If we had an equivalent defence we would have a great chance of the title this season. We still have time to bring the defenders we need.
Henderson is a bag o' ****e, how the **** he even still plays for us let alone is the captain is beyond me
Yeah, I think we need to spend things up a bit overall from midfield for those bus markers but anyone trying 343 v lfc won t be happy. i think anyone watching what we have done a ciuplevtimes yo this formation should we exploiting those wide cbs. Not sure is the best attack but it's up there. Chelsea, city, Utd, are awesome attacks too, arsenals SHOULD BE and spurs have a different sort of quality.
nah i didn't see that, don't know what he offers our team at all, he's useless, actually uselessness that's what he offers fan on the radio was comparing him to rooney at utd earlier and that wasn't a bad call actually, somehow he's managed to ingratiate himself into the fabric of the club and it's utterly unjustified
Henderson had free reign to do what he liked today. Arsenal were that bad, he was able to play as 3rd no 8. We outmanned arsenal in the middle and arsenals front 3 never tried one jot to help out their wing backs or cms.
Look he started out basically blind hoofing it in behind looking for the wide men deep, mane in particular. Once they were all settled in he went about chasing and closing and did what he does. He is no more a no 6 than the man in the moon.
The smaller the team, the more likely they are to beat us. Consider today's result a good omen for Arsenal
How good were we yesterday!! Our front 3 is ridiculously good - Salah, whilst he will miss some good chances, he will still score and create and ALWAYS seems to be in the right place at the right time. Firmino is just incredibly intelligent - I still think he's a little underrated because a lot of what he does goes under the radar i.e. His movement, dragging defenders out of space etc. Mane - the main man. We all know what he's capable of. Gini stepped up but he has a habit of doing this in the big games. I wanna see this level of performance in the lesser games. And Emre Can - on form, he's one of the best midfielders in the league. He just oozes class and authority.
Liverpool played well yesterday. I think you always tend to against sides who play open football, especially at home. With your front 3 playing so well, I do wonder who you'll drop if you do keep Coutinho. Probably Salah, but it's gonna be a tough dilemma for your manager with all 3 playing so well.
