Generally a point against Arsenal on their own ground is not bad provided we beat them when they come to Anfield.Too many draws are unlikely to win the league.
all you need do is look at correct linesman stance in shot 1 and two lfc players running forward. a linesman simply cannot move til ball is played as he must be in line watching. to expect him to then catch players who are actively running forward is childish. the entire lfc board is being rather childish imo. you'd swear city being a top side has come as a shock and they've all cracked under the pressure. relax. enjoy the football. we won't win title in all likelihood. why stress out over drawing away with arsenal who played quite well when it's obvious we have what we have and it's not really going to be enough in the end. just enjoy the games... that or rock in a corner til may.
Why wouldn't I believe it, it is in the official written law for offside? I didn't write it, I c&p it from IFAB rule book.
Yes, and it obviously refers to if the player is in a bloody offside position when the ball that rebounds off the woodwork is struck. Which he wasn't. Jesus.
And when he made an attempt to play the ball before Firmino got to it, was he offside then? I love it when everyone thinks they know the rules better than those who are employed to enforce them just because the decision goes against their team
We've already been through all of this - I'm not wasting my time on someone who just takes a contrary position for the hell of it.
if you'd all just go... yeah this really is a var discussion we could all just move on with our lives.
did you see the WC ? cos if you thought that VAR solved the problems you are more confused than we thought.
Its still early days. Things need to be practiced with issues ironed out, not what the premier league are doing and just abandoning it for the odd cup game.
