I was just reading on another City forum, a thread regarding VT apparently going to see a QC in London regarding the Lagnston debt.
Some seem to think it means he knows the notes are un-enforcible and wants to put Langston (Sam) in front of a Judge, and others who reckon that he is wriggling on the hook because he knows Sam won't go away.
Did anyone read anythingh about this reported meeting?
In a court or legal fight who would your money be on? Sam's low cunning or vincent's Billions??????

I think before long Sam will me history, pity he can't take some of his followers with him.

Loads of money will always triumph over low, animal cunning. Sam should have accepted the last deal offered and slunk away back to whatever hole he crawled out of.

I don't think Tan does anything without a reason. I'm hoping it's Sam that's wriggling.

It's gone quiet but it won't go away. The WoL interview with Simon Lim alluded to the fact that Tan is still on the case and reitterated that the loan notes would be converted into equity WHEN the langston debt is settled.

What bothers me is we need to get rid of him before we are assured of promotion (if we ever are) because if he sees that happeneing he will cling onto our coat tails for more, and also until it is settled there will be no money for stadium sponsorship because he would get a cut.
Mind you I'm quite happy to not have a stadium named after some company I never heard of, and as long as VT and TG don't need the money from it, I'm happy.
