For some reason I have never forgotten a Glen Hoddle quote about Paul Furlong, perhaps because I thought Hoddle was a great player and a good manager and the quote was so out of character......"there's a touch of Brazilian about Paul Furlong".

Its well known furlongalways had a Brazilian before the summer break as he was known as 'half ounce of Old Holben'
