I am a bit onside with Smithy about the handshake thing. Yes it is a small gesture, but in all sport it is traditional to shake your opponents hand after the game. Players who have been belting each other all game respect the tradition, so Managers should as well.
It's a combination of all the "little: things we lose that make up the big losses. Football has been damaged enough by Sky and the other media, Managers can do better.
