Genuine question, how many of our League 1 winning team are realistically playing a significant role in our improvement this season?

I consider very few. We lack leadership on the field. Club captain Is mostly on the bench and vice captain also seems to be heading that way.we miss the leadership of someone like Asbee although not the great technical player could motivate the players on the pitch
