Yes to both goal line technology and video appeals, however video appeals should only be used for major incidents such as penalties (was it a foul or did it happen inside/outside box), offsides, booking/sending off offences.
I think that a poll is a great thing to do. But also a vote would be a good idea as well because so many decisions nowadays can mean the difference between a club staying up or going down and the financial loss can mean a great deal to a club so yes carry on with what your doing Q.P.R. and good luck.

I've got another idea - how about we go back to having once weekly highlights of just two games on MoTD with old Jimmy Hill and Bob Wilson. That way we won't have 20 cameras at every game and we won't be any the wiser when the refs mess up, and we can all just concentrate on football.
My team have had several harsh decision against them a clear goal against Bolton and a Red card and penalty against manu, it is not goal line technolgy that is required it is officals that can actualy see.
