You can be the best manager in the world but if you don't have the players, you are fcuked... Oldham only just escaped relegation due mostly likely, to the new manager effect. It will be interesting to see how Junior gets on next year - my guess, based purely on this years campaign, is that he will struggle.
I would love it, absolutely love it if Colin became our manager but I dont think it will happen Little Lee will keep Oldham in L1. Just hope we do the double over them !
