'Don't believe all you read' is just covering himself being misquoted, he'll be aware of our press! and being respectful to Ajax who's player he still is, nothing to get worked up about imo.
 
Course he's signed! Couldnt say that at a press conference if he hadn't! He's just trying to play things down as nothing's been announced by the club.

My worry is that a few hadn't been finalized, it clearly has for him to say that!
 
IF he hasn't, he will do within the next 2 days. He's in London now with the Belgian squad, so you can bet he's spent some of today having a nice trip to WHL

I think it's more likely he's paid a visit to the club doctor. As has been said, if this guy lives up to his rep, then we should have one of the best centre back pairings anywhere.
 
i dont think his performance is going to effect negotiations.

apart from give further encouragement to Spurs.
