Camara, Watts, Jephcott, Lolos, Edwards, Mayor, Nouble, G Cooper, Grant, Canavan....10 players = 10 goals. Plus Telford with 2.....equals 12. Didn't we reach at least 19 different players last season (in 37 games).
Don't need a peace keeper notdistant. I have no problem with people giving "their" opinion and everyone is entitled to one. I have a problem when somebody just uses somebody else's post as if it was their own is all. Challenging what is said is also allowed on an opinion forum and it isn't necessary to cry "I'm being picked on" every time just because somebody doesn't agree with you. My opinion is, and I stick to the original one, the wall did absolutely nothing to help Cooper at all which is primarily what they are there for. They were rooted to the ground and made no effort to stop the kick. The kick was really well taken and not many if any keepers would have got anywhere near it. I have just read a thread on pasoti which plym will know well as he contributed to it. There were several questions on there not answered. One was where was he supposed to stand then. The most intellgent post is the last one. I think the poster is called demportdave.
I'm sure you don't need a referee Sensible but I just happen to agree with you strongly. We've got a team that is at times exhilarating, that's the only word for it. We haven't just got attacking wingbacks, we've got centre backs who surge forward too. There will be bumps on the road but it's a great time to be an Argyle fan, apart from the fact we can't go to the ground.
Just one other thing. In Cooper we have a young goalkeeper with real promise who's one if us, coming from the youth ranks. He'll make mistakes but God knows we've had some theoretically better keepers in recent years who've been useless most of the time, never mind now and then. The best way to ruin the lad's career and deprive us of a good player is to get on his back after somebody scores a world class free kick against him.
