Well this match should feature on everyone's radar this weekend shouldn't it........bottom plays next to bottom as a decider which one wins the bottom spot, What could possibly go wrong for either team you might ask. With the number of goals against this match should by rights be at least 10 - 9 or even 9 - 10. What price a 0 - 0 then.

After Saturday I would have been quite optimistic about this game but after Tuesday against a league 2 club I have sort of lost a bit of that. We know what we need to happen next but will it or will the old team turn up instead. Watch this space....

Oxford have lost 5 out of 6 home league games this season.....they also lost at home in the week in the Cup....1-2 to Northampton who are third from bottom of Div2.

If we lose this one then I would say that we are in dire street....or in a very choppy sea without a paddle.....you get the picture I would think.
 
Weather forecast for the east of the country is quite good....a little windy but sunny and in the low 70's F....which is terrific for mid-October. So the Oxford game should be played in good conditions.
 
It's bleddy horrible outside right now plym and has been all day. Tomorrow is much the same it seems. Good job it isn't a home game this weekend.
 
Gusty wind blown a few plant pots over....but temperature is a bit over the top for mid-October....lowest temp tonight will be 65 F (BBC weather).
 
We had helped a neighbour out who was moving house this week by keeping a few things in our shed for him to give him chance to sort out the new place. He came for them this morning and I gave him a hand to put the stuff in his car. The wind was that strong that it took my breath away. Having had one heart attack some years back I do have a problem in high winds catching my breath and today I was glad to get back inside. I was puffing like a 90 year old with asthma . I got fed up with being whacked by flying leaves and litter. It has not let up for one minute all day long so I'm booking my armchair for tomorrow and I will refuse to leave it for anything. Well maybe breakfast and a beer later on. I didn't bother to watch any of the "Wedding" which allegedly cost me and you £2m even though I couldn't go out. What a waste. We could have bought a few players with that cash.

Just read on the beeb football site that Macclesfield have tonight gone 36 matches consecutively without a win. Makes our start to the season seem amateurish don't it.

When i was a youngster i played for Yealmpton United i think we lost all 40 games in a season. The Pub afterwards was good though.

A bit miss-leading....relegated back in 2012 from Div 2....so its that record plus this season added together makes it 36 games in the league without a win.

Last year they won the National League with 92pts....so not all down hill.
 
Home Park Cam 2 shows it a bit dull down Plymouth at the moment....although the plastic barriers haven't been blown down like on other mornings.

But in NW Kent it is sunny and at 9.30am the temperature read 72 F.....when I went out at 6.50am it was already reading 68 F.....could there be a Mr Fish style hurricane hiding around the corner.....got a nervous twitch developing......shorts back on for the usual Saturday morning walk.
 
4 minutes.....sensible spot on with the gaol time.....hope he's right with the result.
 
"poor defending".........where have I heard that before? Oh hang on every fecking week is where. Does it ever change? Nope Adams it seems can do nothing about it. Gonna be a long afternoon once again.
 
Had the ball on the edge of the box before giving it back, allowing Mackie to score from an angle. Very poor.
