Vaz Te has been far, far better for West Ham than Maynard has. 10 goals in 12 appearances, 20 for the whole season. Take away Lambert's penalties and he'd be topping the scoring charts this season.

Some players just take a while to fulfill the potential, maybe Vaz Te is one of them. There are probably many better options though.
