    I was until Spurs v Rochadale in the FA Cup replay at Wembley.
    It was a farce.
    Wrong decisions, right decisions and no one in the crowd had a ****ing clue what was going on.

    Load of bollocks imho

    What happened apparently was the Lino thought the ball hit the bar and came back and a defender booted it away, for a throw in. He put his flag up for a throw in and the ref went over to ask about it and the Lino said he couldn’t see if it went in, so was unsure what happened.

    Fair enough for the linesman, but the ref clearly could see so no idea why he went with the dude who couldn’t see and decided to go with him.

    As for sportsmanship. You can see that all the players were walking towards the centre circle, knowing it was a goal. You won’t get better than that. Sportsmanship has been dead in football for years, there is too much money at stake at any pro level. You will get the occasional incident but in general it’s gamesmanship the whole way
