Vaping.

I found rather than nicotine addiction the main problem was "association" i.e. when doing certain activities i always had a ***, now that was a bit tricky to break. Didn't bother with vaping as i knew that would just lead back to proper smoking.
Just clearing out sections of the house as i'm having some work done and found the stash of cigs i kept in case i fell off the wagon .Think they might as well go in the bin since i stopped feb 2015 <laugh>
eeew they'd be proper ropey and stale by now anyway <laugh>

I used to go in there and buy a quids worth a burn when i was homeless... he'd even sell you a single roll up if you wanted it!

Really nice guy. Is it still open do you know?

Yes it is .

Older Gentleman , with a younger man on occasions .

Always thought they were father and son .

Went in there to tell him my Dad had passed away , he seemed genuinely upset .

Yeah its much cheaper.
I usually make two or three different flavours and stick them in old baby food jars and keep them in the cupboard for a few days to let them steep.
Give them a shake a couple times a day, I always find they taste better if you let them steep for a bit.

Then I use a syringe to fill up my drip bottle.

What mod do you use?
You use an rda or a tank?

<laugh> Fuxakes man, just switch to the crack pipe and be done with it.

All that fannying about for apple flavoured nicotine ffs...
