Yep Herrera, arguably our most creative midfielder, the one player capable of adding pace to our play and creating chances for our front line, is just far too creative for LVG. I wouldn't begrudge him if he forced a move away. That's Van Gaal stabilisiing the club btw.

 

We'd all.like to see Herrera ahead of Fellaini of course but, to be fair to him, Fellaini doesn't exactly deserve the chop. He was of course superb in shinning his goal and making a clumsy nuisance of himself last week, while we lost.

Not that this has stopped van Gaal dropping our 'best' player before of course.

The proof will be in the game itself. If Fellaini is as hapless as he usually is and we don't win then van Gaal is bang in the firing line, deservedly.

Let's see eh?

 

With any luck we'll labour through the first 60 minutes and the coward will be forced to bring Herrera on.

Alternatively we'll coast to an easy win and the cracks will be papered over temporarily.
