Back from the game and first thought is that it’s going to be a long season.

Performance with some promise. Shelvey looked okay to good most of the time. Kenedy one huge blunder but generally decent performance. Rondon looks nice and physical.

Didn’t seem to get the rub of the green, for example, Rondon hitting the bar and Vertonghen scoring by 9mm and generally the ball usually bouncing and rebounding to them.

Disappointing not to get a point but better than we started last season but goals are going to be a hard to come by.

    I'm a ref too.

I'm sure a lad tanked in the Gallowgate knows more about the laws than a PL ref alright..

Thought we looked ok from the highlights I saw yesterday, typical early season game, some poor touches, passes and shots.

Don't think Ritchie for Atsu was the right sub to make at that point although I do blame Ritchie equally with Yedlin for the goal - Was marking Alli -"passed" him on to Yedlin who didn't have a clue he was being passed on and before Yedlin knew it (should have been more aware) Alli was jumping unopposed at the back post. Great cross for our goal mind!

Get Muto, Ki and Rondon in for Ritchie, Perez and Joselu though and I think we will beat Cardiff.

Credit where it's due cos we're all over him when he's ****.
Yesterday Joselu scored one and should have registered an asssist with that stunning pass to Kenedy.

This. I thought yesterday was one of his better games for us and I wouldn't put him in a top 5 of players to have a go at regarding the match.

Comments on the radio yesterday were that the lack of pace up front for Fulham was killing them

West Ham's must be a bit stressed after their performance today after all the money they've spent....

I thought you were extremely unlucky not to come away from that match with at least 1 point <ok>

Just saw that goal in slow mo, still didn't look like it went over!
9mm man, 9mm. Closest ever since goal line tech came in.

When your own fans want to keep you off the pitch you know you've made a good impression.

Reminds me of that golden reply to an official Tottenham tweet:

THFC: "Please do not go on the pitch at any point today throughout the match and post-match ceremony. Do not spoil a special day for anyone else"
Spuds Fan: "That includes you @moussasissoko"

I still can't believe we got £30million for him. Although it might as well have been £3 for all the investment we've seen as a result...

Doesn't take a genius to work it out :-

    upload_2018-8-16_13-40-54.png

So where has that gone? Is it sitting in a massive war chest somewhere along with the tv money from last season in preparation for a £100m transfer spree in January? Is it **** !

Quite why nobody is asking the question as to why we're £25m in profit from the transfer window just gone is beyond me. Holding the fat ****er to his words, Rafa will be given every penny he generates to spend....so why hasn't he been allowed to ****ing spend it then and why have we had to resort to taking a striker on loan for the season from a relegated team instead of spending that money on either a striker or a No10?
