I'd say, with the FA cup fixture against Derby coming up as the next game afterwards, I'd give Ocar a place in front of Willian for this one! 3 points is a must, whereas I think we can afford to rest a few against Derby!

Back 5 picks itself due to injuries with Brana and David Luiz (excellent against Pool) suspended.

Ramires comes in for Luiz, Lampard to partner him. I would go with the pivot to start although the 4-42 we switched to in the second half against them last time destroyed them.

Willian and Hazad for me, the two wide men were brilliant against Liverpool, never knew how fast over the ground Willian was and his defensive abilities one on one are great and should be deployed on the right to counter Shaw breaking forward. And when a player, or two in this case, are in form then you do not drop them. Oscar can count himself lucky to be available fr this game after that tackle on Lucas, and I would give him a rest here and let Mata, who has brilliant set piece delivery, something that could be key against the Saints, and also something that was shockingly bad against Liverpool, do the business.

Up front is a toss up for me between Torres, who showed jealous fire when he came on against Liverpool, and Ba, whose introduction was vital in turning around the reverse fixture.

So my line up would be

Cech

Azpilicueta - Cahill - Terry - Cole

Ramires - Lampard

Willian - Mata - Hazard

Torres/Ba

Subs: Schwarzer, Essien, Oscar, Mikel, Schurrle, Ba/Torres, Eto'o

We could be really short of defensive cover.

Chelsea XI: Cech; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry, Cole; Mikel, Ramires; Schurrle, Mata, Hazard; Torres

Hope Cech deals with the wind & rain.

easily the worst clear cut chances to conversion trophy goes to us!

we would have had more chances than all other 19 teams put together in the past 19 rounds and don't have the equivalent number of goals to show for that!!

Torres just indefensible, how anyone sticks up for him is beyond me. Having a striker with absolutely no end product is utterly pointless.

he plays with a conviction to not to have any conviction.

and Oscar with a superb opening deservedly booked. shame

ball hits Nando and goes in... good there no time for him to react lest he would have screwed it!

feck it - Chicpea would be proud of that.

got to say every week i feel more and more sorry for juan mata. today he's done all that could be expected of him but still was hauled of for oscar at 50 mins...glad oscar had a role in the goal but the rotation situation needs to be ironed out ASAP would hate to lose a player of his calibre

oscar with another assist, willian scoring a BELTER he's really growing into the team as the season continues long may it continue!
