Football is rotten to the core from FIFA right down to the clubs, corruption on a global scale is allowed because of the kickbacks governments and football associations and individuals receive as quiet money, agents are only the tip of time slimey iceberg, look at the Neymar deal, Barca paid €57m and his club got only €17m of that the other €40m went to the players dad/agent and FIFA haven't said nothing about it.
1) as much as I agree, but all other clubs pay it, how on hell we will get anyone then? agent fees is a big problem, and if Glazers refuse to pay it, they shouldn't had invested in UTD ... actually they invested little and bought the club with a loan that they attched it to the club and made us handicapped Glazers take out 600m so far from the club to pay stupid loan .. that is ridiculous.. somethings is wrong when over 5 years , UTD is spending like Aston villa or stoke in average .. guess there were no good players around too.. right? Glazers want to pay what player worth and pay little gent fee...good luck on that
You have made the same point over and over. About the agents, it will all come good. I hope we tell any **** who thinks he can make millions for **** all to chuck himself under a bus. The time will come when agents are severely restricted or even booted out of the game. Their entire existence is unsustainable and as stated, their involvement amounts to bribery. Also dont rule out ffp. It is a few months away. United are sitting pretty on a pile of cash. Player values in a year or two will drop, wages will follow.
Its ****ed up. I would assume Neymar will eventually inherit that money as well. Barcelona basically paid neymar to sign neymar.
are you suggesting we stop buying players till FIFA sort out agents fees? tbh FFP can be our most realistic hope meanwhile it is still scandalous that glazers spend as much as Aston villa and Stoke over the past 5 seasons .. UTD will not win till Glazers start supporting the manager and invest in areas that needed serious investment since many seasons
It's not the Glazers per se who are refusing to pay agents fee's, we always did up to san extent. All this (alleged) transparency came from them though. And I agree with UIR , **** the agents. Perhaps we should be working a lot harder to develop our own talent instead, all clubs should be. We should make a stand against them, as all non oil rich clubs will, and see how the whole things pans out. It's really the arrival of oil sheiks and oligarch's who don't care a **** where their money goes that has really set the ball rolling for over paid agents. It might work, it might not, but I really don't go with the idea of giving agents anything as that money goes out of the game. Non stays in football, doesn't get recycled, it just gets taken out.
that is an ethical stand which everyone respect but am sure Glazers do it bcz they are simply cheap bustards
