Absolutely. I always support the British teams in Europe and Utd were in control till the sending off. Dave, you're way off. Real were nothing special tonight till they had the one man advantage. Utd created more chances and were on course to take the tie imo.
Disappointingly, the Nani decision, right or wrong, and it was probably right, deprived us of a potential classic.
Justice for Shaun Derry. Karma is a bitch, you get what you deserve. Shame they never get those decissions against them in the Prem.
Maybe because he speaks his mind without trying to sit on the fence, doesn't suck up to previous employers like most pundits do, knows what he's talking about. Just because he's not liked by people doesn't mean he can't do the job.
Similar to Garry Neville. I remember people on here slagging him off when he started on TV, but he's far and away the most knowledgable and interesting pundit on TV.
I just wanted to say United get's ref's decisions all the time in the Prem league so after all better team went through
Having seen both Cantona's 96th minute goal and Derry's sending off i have just poured myself a large glass of Macallans 10yo.. Real Madrid have never cheated us-although when we are in the Champions League ine 2 years that may happen. U R's
Karma. It always comes around in time and that is united karma. Saying that i did want them to progress.
Well done Real as far as I'm concerned, glad Utd are out and before the usual posters start having a go about supporting British clubs in Europe; I do not buy into that! Absolute hypocrasy (spelling) How can you hate Man Utd all season long in 1 league then support them in another..beyond me?! Mods- I was just getting my reply in before the abuse starts !
Not a fan of Utd by any means, but that shouldn't of been a red card. It ruined the game from a neutrals point of view.
