Not that stats mean much, but in the 18 yrs since the Prem went to 20 teams, the average, median & mode number of points for the last relegation place has been 36 points. The average, median & mode number of points for safety has been 37 points. That's 2 wins & 2 draws, although I personally think that 35 points or 36 points will be safety this year (2 wins or 2 wins & a draw.) Having said all of that, there are scenarios where we are safe with 33 points (1 win & 1 draw). Just please let us beat Cardiff, although a draw won't be the end of the world.
Got us staying up on 34 points, fulham on 34 but with worse goal difference. have us to lose to westbrom, draw against utd and cardiff but win vs swans
it won't, but its about momentum, and many fans believe it will be, its a huge huge game. biggest of our season
Your patter is ****, mustard, colemans....pathetic. Go and jizz on a family member, ****ing inbred. Now back to the footy, I Still think it's down, basically, 3 poor teams to play, sure to **** it up. Probably beat Man U......
Hope they are paying you overtime, the tight fookers....Working through ya scran ffs. Do you eat lots of herring?
Is that cryptic? I eat a little pickled herring, not that much as never used to really like it until i moved to Helsinki where you get a good variety of tasty stuff. In Warsaw (with work for a few days) and had sushi for lunch. Bit not606 for a little light entertainment. Client dinner coming up in 15 minutes - got any shocking jokes I can try? Just hope it's not a vodka induced night.
A few years ago l lived in Lowestoft for a while remember reading in the local press a beach hut selling for £50,000 or there abouts the only good thing I liked about the coastal town was the The Harbour Inn pub ... played a few good gigs in there
i've got this : k 1.3 1 Liverpool 38 62 89 Oppose 1.9 2 Man City 38 67 84 Oppose 2.6 3 Chelsea 38 48 81 Back 4.3 4 Arsenal 38 32 79 Back 5.1 5 Everton 38 26 76 Back 6.4 6 Tottenham 38 5 70 Oppose 6.6 7 Man Utd 38 22 66 Back 8.3 8 Southampton 38 5 53 Back 9.9 9 Stoke 38 -8 50 Oppose 9.7 10 Newcastle 38 -25 49 Oppose 10.5 11 C Palace 38 -16 46 Back 14.0 12 Hull City 38 -9 42 Oppose 12.6 13 Swansea 38 -2 41 Oppose 13.8 14 West Ham 38 -16 38 Back 16.7 15 Sunderland 38 -21 36 Oppose 15.1 16 Aston Villa 38 -22 36 Oppose 15.6 17 West Brom 38 -19 34 Back 18.6 18 Norwich 38 -41 32 Back 19.4 19 Cardiff 38 -41 30 Oppose 18.4 20 Fulham 38 -47 30
..........so let's get this right - Fulham, Cardiff and Norwich aren't going to get a single point between them from now on to send them down, and you're going to get another 7 to keep you up. Pal, I tend to be a bit biased toward my team when using the predictor, but not ****ing irrational.
just checked the latest relegation odds with W Hill Cardiff 1/6 Norwich 1/6 Sunderland 5/6 Fulham 8/15 So, according to them, Cardiff and Norwich are gone and it`s between us and Fulham. Of course it will change after we lose to Cardiff, and change again when we beat ManU. Supporting SAFC doesn`t half mess with yer heed. in case anyone`s interested Sunderland win 10/11 Cardiff win 3/1 draw 5/2
I'd snap your hand off for a draw right now.. As long as we beat Newcastle (sorry for swearing on your forum )
FULHAM manager Felix Magath is convinced the likes of “small town” relegation rivals Norwich, Sunderland and Cardiff will all be feeling the pressure more in the dogfight for Barclays Premier League survival than his side are down on the banks of the Thames at Craven Cottage. Veteran midfielder Scott Parker suggested things were getting “very tense, very nervy” as the season draws towards a conclusion, with Fulham having won two of their last three matches to close back in on safety. Magath’s side, two points adrift, could climb out of the bottom three with victory over FA Cup finalists Hull at home on Saturday. The German believes with so much attention placed on the fortunes of the other teams fighting to stay up, that could just work in Fulham’s favour, tucked away in leafy west London. “In my opinion I think the atmosphere at Norwich or Sunderland or Cardiff will be more nervous than here,” said Magath, appointed in mid-February as the club’s third manager of the season. “We are under pressure, but not so as under pressure as these clubs from the small towns where the whole town is behind the club. “For Sunderland, it will be a much more interesting thing, the football club (for the town) than Fulham is here in London.” He seems to think he knows a thing or two .
Sunderland to finish 5th bottom on 37 points, beating Cardiff drawing with Man u and WBA and beating Swansea. Villa down with Norwich and Cardiff.
