I think the first thing that should happen to Trev's Evil Sex Monkey is a ban from this forum for bringing voting games into disrepute. I am an extremely busy man and dont like having my time wasted. Either that or I will be filing a civil suit Jakarta Toon vs Trev's Evil Sex Monkey (aka Boro Gully, aka David Moyes Wife, aka Warm Pouch) for reimbursement of lost consultancy fees while involved in meaningless viting games not carried through to conclusion.
On the other hand if you want to settle this out of court I will take you replacing me in the relegation spot from the Prediction League and a public apology.
I have to say that Jak Attack has a valid point. He has, however, misunderstood a relevant point which does have precedence. If a "team" is being demoted for breach of rules, as Trevor's Evil Sex Monkey clearly has, then that "team" is demoted. I believe Jak Attack is in agreement with me so far.
This means that the other "teams" move up one place. It does not mean the bottom team, Jak Attack, is saved from relegation. It means that the team in the first relegation spot, namely me, should rightly be saved from relegation.
I believe the facts are clear and if this game is to retain any shred of integrity then the Game Master has to save me from relegation otherwise I can see mass protests, marches, demonstrations and even "more significant action" resulting. It could get very messy UNLESS justice is seen to be done.
Once more the Game Master has a big decision to make and time is not on his side.

You misunderstand me - I am suing him for wasting my time participating in this farce of a competition to select a user name when he clearly has no intention of changing it. I have offered him an out of court settlement that involves him changing place with me in the relegation places of the Prediction League. If he may be relegated anyway for breach of the rules then obviously I would have to withdraw this settlement offer and I will see him in court.
Read the small print. Trev taught me well. You haven't a legal leg to stand on. You are like a legal paraplegic in fact.
