It was a pleasure meeting up with a few lads off here yesterday. JPF, Trev and Heed... thanks for your company fellas. Shame about the result despite our earlier positivity. We'll set something up for a future game again and see if a few of the other boys and girls can make it.
Agree. Although hung out to dry by Chippy potentially. My having to go up to a total stranger in a Pub I'd never been in before and ask if he was the person I'd arranged to meet on the internet!!!
Next time we should make sure that if anyone who hasn't met you before is going, that we all turn up in yellow chinos and stand at different parts of the pub. #headfuck
I did have the chinos on like. But I was lurking in the corner. Trev revealed himself to me as soon as I sat in plain view, legs spread with a smile on my face.... from then on it was plain sailing...
