I would go all out young guns for Costa Rica: Hart Johnson Jones Cahill Shaw Henderson Wilshere Barkley Sterling Surridge Lallana It is still lacking a destroyer/proper holding midfielder, but there is a lot of energy and guile in that midfield which hopefully makes up for that. Also if the Ox is fit, then I would probably play him over Henderson.

How much stick does Gerrard get at Goodison Park, or Rooney get at the City of Manchester Stadium? Or Hart at Old Trafford....? I'd imagine it's ten times worse than anything they hear at England, yet none of that phases them and you couldn't imagine Gerrard not wanting to play in the Merseyside derby no matter how hostile the crowd.... So why does a bit of booing if they play like crap phase them that much?
