I agree that attitude is key. However, it can't ALL come from the manager. It used to be called character - nowadays guts and determination. You either have it, or you don't. Too many of our lot don't!

The odd thing is several of our squad have shown it in the past with us or at other clubs, be it Sandro keeping back Milan single-handed or Parker trying to drive West Ham up the table on his own. As with the nosediving quality of set pieces between former clubs and Spurs, something has been lost in translation.
 
QPR fan in peace, Ive really enjoyed watching Spurs earlier in the season but yesturday was piss poor!! Your 'star' players seem to run out of ideas and decided to cheat & dive to get something out of the game, even the great Scott Parker blatantly dived !

They must've noticed that cheating and diving has turned around the Chavlings' fortunes in recent weeks...

Team selections/formations contributed initially to Spurs going into a slump- the wrong teams were picked for games v Arsenal and Utd for a start. Why can't they grind out a result, Luke. Beneath their vaunted talent is it, to roll their sleeves uo and dig deep?
 
I actually feel sorry for you guys! The premier league can be a cruel place. Would it be fair to say 2010 to 2012 has been a golden era for spurs? Within that time you have played champions league footie and challenged for top four honours. This is a remarkable achievement for a team of your stature.

I think a lack of potency upfront has had a draining effect on our team. For two seasons now the midfield have created chance after chance for a number of strikers, Keane, Pav, Defoe, Crouch, Ade, and seen them convert a staggeringly small amount of them. Then you see the manager do nothing about. Harry spouts (maybe sometimes rightly) that all is good, the lads done well, unlucky... blah, blah, blah. So you bust a gut week after week and while things are going well you can ignore it. Then the screw turns and results get tougher and our midfield which has carried the team at times just can't take it anymore. It must be mentally draining for our defenders and midfielders to keep having to perform at 100% knowing that if they don't we will lose asour strikers are frankly piss poor. It's no excuse for lacking fight but just me trying to imagine what is going on in their heads.
 
p.s who ever find this shop for the backbone..can you pick up some balls too please..ohh a heart..with a little bit of pride too..

Dona, I'd be happy if our manager found a place selling a little bit of dignity. Even if it was knocked off the back of a lorry, Del-Boy style.
 
what a f***ing shambles,if you can't score against 10 men,the player's should take a long hard look at themselves they're a disgrace.Levy should say to the fa if harry's the man you want take him now,or issue a statement saying he,s not the one they want,because they have f***ed up our season imo
