    Who did you meet first, who would mean the most to you? Can you face losing her as a friend?

    I doubt you'll lose him as a friend if you don't tell him, but then you'd have to question your loyalty to him.

    If you don't want to lose either as friends... then keep shtum.
    If you can face losing her as a friend (and the guy means more to you) then tell him, this would be the right thing to do.

    don't know if anyone has suggested this (couldn't be arsed to read it all sorry) sometimes when you tell someone news like this it can back fire and even though you've done the right thing you're the bad bastard (shooting the messenger) talk to her and tell her she's got so long (say a day) to tell your mate or you'll do it,then if she does you're out of it and can't be blamed for owt (splitting them up etc.) If she doesn't say owt tell your mate.
    If someone has already suggested this then ignore this and put it down to the ramblings of a twat.

    Yeah I agree with this.

    Tell her she has to tell him or you will. That way she might be forced into telling him herself, cuz she can probably put it 'softer' than you could.

    Yeah that's a possibility but me and this guy have been best mates since we were 3, so I don't think a girl would get between us.. I hope!

    That would generally make things easier for you then. Feel the same with my housemate who i've known since we were like 3 too. Nothing like this has ever happened with us though! Up until like 3 years ago we never bothered with girlfriends at school, just wanted to tit about being 15 year old lads I suppose! Girls are tricky business ha.

    You're right she should tell him especially if she's been found out. They may break up if you tell him, and if they do get back it could spoil your friendship with them.
