In case some cannot listen to the interview as in work etc etc, here is what Higgs said in the clip 
“It is still difficult to come to terms with what has happened, but we are where we are and we have to pick ourselves up and move forward. We have learnt by our mistakes, there are things we would have done differently, but we have hit rock bottom, and now we have to think positively and club together and take this club forward again. There have been two main Board meetings, but there have also been a number of subsidiary Board meetings, where individuals have met together. Each member of the Board has been tasked with looking at various aspects of the club".
“It has taken a bit longer than we had hoped to get information from the Conference and the League about parachute payments and future payments from the Conference, but we are now beginning to come together with that, and we are producing what we hope will be a reasonable budget for next season, to move forward positively.”
“It is an evolving process and we are looking at every aspect of the club – we will not shirk that responsibility. When we have finished our evaluation we will be in a better situation to be able to comment on that.”
“The next element of the process that we have discussed with the manager is the recruitment for next season, and Darrell is already coming up with lists of players and suggestions for playing staff and back room staff to take us forward next year. Darrell will have a very good budget for the Conference, not the highest but one of the highest in the Conference, and his intention is 100% to bounce back in the first season in humanly possible. We will give him every opportunity and backing we will give him to make sure that happens.”

Nope, just more platitudes and nothing about the stadium.
I'm disappointed that we won't have the biggest budget in the Conference. We will definitely have the biggest gates and I would have thought that Higgs and his fellow directors would dig deep into their own pockets to give us the maximum chance to bounce straight back up again, bearing in mind that it's their own ineptitude and lack of investment when it was needed that got us into this position in the first place.
Nothing seems to have changed.

Dont you think it would have made sense if they put in it about the stadium delays?? Not just ignore it and add a statement instead about the stadium on its own. 
I'm at the point now of losing all interest and all faith in any meaningful statements from Higgs and co. Please Nick if you know what's good for the club get someone experienced to run it as a business and do the background stuff and only give statements when things happen for example if some of the board decide to up sticks and go. To say each director is looking at a different aspect of the club is like kicking us in the nuts. You and your board have shown us over the years you aren't up to making the type of decisions that are needed and be impartial about it. Yes you all put in money to the club and service the debts etc. But just remember as you once said you are the custodians of the club for future generations. The way this is going there won't be much left for us let alone the future generations.
Who#s the guy who finds buyers for football clubs? He was on 5Live this morning talking about Aston Villa.... Surely he could find someone to tap into our massive potential and buy Higgs out?
Well that told us FA seems that its life as normal down at the MEM. Treat the fans as Mushrooms is the view of the board.
As other have said but same old crap comes out we had one of the largest budget back in the not so glorious days of League 2 Football. Trouble was too many clowns, has beens, never beens, and never gonna be's and hospital trolley cases had their hands in the till (well collecting their unjustified wages each month). Fat lot of good being big budget boys did us.
Yes like many i am still totally pee'd off with the lack of thought given to The Supporters by the board and for them to use stupid excuses at the closure of the Old Fans Forum smells a little like Putin and the Ukraine, if the views of the Supporters don't match the board (who plainly don't feel that the clubs situation is down to them) then dont allow them a(the Gas Supporters) a voice.
F&ck the 22k alleged twitter followers they are probably mostly TEDS having a bloody good laugh at Nick Higgs and the astonishing Circus that is currently Bristol Rovers. The real voice of the Gasheads was that made by the 1000, many who aired their views on the Old Forum.
I am far from convinced that the current Board are genuine in their ambitions long term to Bristol Rovers as a Football Club.
I hope I am wrong but having followed Rovers since 1968, I doubt it. The future IMHO is very uncertain.
