I'm all for having a bit of banter with Ipswich fans, especially around the derby when it is obviously to be expected, but when every single thread gets taken over by them, even when it has absolutely nothing to do with Ipswich at all then it is just too much. Don't know the stats, but I wouldn't be surprised if JWM at least isn't the highest poster on our board over the past six months, and that surely can't be right.
Bloke needs to get a life and get out more, have to say I'm over the moon to hear that they won't be on here any more, I certainly won't miss them an inch and it will only improve my general Not606 experience as I was really starting to enjoy it less and less.

Banter is fine, but banter is two-sided. It's friendly teasing. It's about laughing at yourself as much as at the other person. Not the tirade of abuse and petty wumming (let alone the stalker behaviour which has been a feature recently) which rapidly descends into toys out the pram as soon as we attempt to have a go back or even just defend ourselves.
You guys need to have a word with those two. They won't listen to Norwich fans and they definitely won't listen to me, but there are so many Ipswich fans who are great and I appreciate their posts that it has to be them to explain. Surely even you two find this whole palaver ridiculous?

WCP, wellyblue - I suggest you C&P the thread on our board about it to those two so they understand. And if you'd be so kind as to request an apology for their accusations towards me, that would be much appreciated, though I don't expect any outcome

Interesting that a number of non-posters have voted in favour. I've no idea if they're Norwich fans, but if so that speaks volumes.
I am only surprised it has come about now and not a week or two ago. I would suggest they have had a really good run for their money on this board, if they were to behave in the same manner on either the QPR or Watford board, they would banned within a fortnight, let alone 2 or more years.

I'm barely on here any more, but I think it's worth mentioning that their 'banter' is bloody dreadful as well. I just roll my eyes at their first post on a thread then ignore the rest of it.
Absolutely, I wouldn't mind anywhere near as much if at least some of it was remotely funny or original rather than being as embarrassingly bad as it nearly always is.
The bit that annoys me is, they repeat the same falsehood a couple of dozen times then claim victory!

Not fussed at all. I had blocked JWM but the frequency of his posts and the amount posters we're replying to him made it kind of pointless and actually more annoying than before I blocked him!
