    Work this one out, would you: There's a ticket boycott, so in a desperate attempt to boost attendance the club gives away free tickets. I haven't seen a statement from the club denying this story. Have you?

    Apparently we gave away 1,000 tickets V Bayer; I was surprised we got 33000 at that ridiculous £40 price.

    We got 40k at £25 v Zilna, marseilles and Spartak last season but I guess 33k at £40 is better financially.

    I was hoping we would get another embarrassing 33k attendance but looks like we will get close to 40k with around 800 from Genk travelling too.

    1/40th of the Genk tickets are allegedly free from a source you do not credit.

    The 39k left are £40.

    Still not answering how many went to Newc; or your projected attendance v Stoke.
