A good point, but they have to be careful. I quite like chocolate raisins, but you get the wrong ones and they taste like ****.
I thought you'd say that Piskie Btw when I bought it, I noticed it says 55% cocoa which made me question whether it was against trading standards as dark chocolate.
There aren’t any specific labelling requirements but 55% is considered to be the level at which chocolate is labelled as dark. Be aware that when labels says a certain percentage of cocoa, that can be made up of cocoa powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass or liquor and might not be cocoa solids (the actual solids from the bean) Also the rest of that bar will be sugar and other additives, emulsifiers, flavourings etc. The cheaper the chocolate, the more likely that cocoa butter will be replaced with hydrogenated vegetable fat and palm oil etc. Cheap fillers. So your £1 bar of choc from Aldi etc will basically be sugar, fat and flavourings, with very little actual cocoa in it. In summary. Always check the label. And don’t forget to fill up
I’m with you Luv, I’ve even gone so far as to bet with my Jewish friend that if Liverpool don’t win He will nail my meat to a chopping board and dissect the head with two rusty fish forks. I know you’ll be rooting for my penal salvation..
Have you read the Sumerian tales? That said the Sumerians also wrote some of what science says today, in fairy tale form obviously
Obviously, I quite like the epic of Ziusudra but it’s also wise to look at other less credible accounts such as the Hindu Satapatha Brahmana & Plato’s Timaeus. Interesting **** but all storytelling.
