Well i for one can say i was very happy with most of yesterdays performance. We actually looked like we had some sort of plan and cohesion, the players all had options for passes when in possession and worked in teams to win the ball back when out of it. Won't go down well with some but i thought Fred was a big part of both parts and it was telling when he went off. The players over the last couple of games are starting to look like a team again but there is still far too much bad decision making. Good improvement and hopefully a sign of what can come.
Honestly, one of the better players on the pitch yesterday was Declan Rice. But he'd be replacing McTominay, not Fred. Rice with Fred would be very good.
