Have to hope Poch can get his point over during the game. He has admitted that he showed the photograph of himself talking to Rickie at the Everton game to the player and asked Rickie if he'd understood a word. Apparently not. He said, 'You can see in the picture that Rickie is thinking 'What?'' The article said it was when Pampas met Scouse. He has said he will get a lot better soon.

Ha ha... sort of avoided my point didn't you :D We didn't play well, however Ramirez had a few shots. He was the only one threatening. I agree (again) that he is better down the middle, however I think it would play into people's hands if (out of the two) we played Rickie wide. His threat is definately down the middle.

My point here is not about Ramirez playing wide in preference to anyone other than Rickie. If the team had been picked and there were two slots left (CF and LM), I would play Ramirez LM and Rickie down the middle.

    You studying politics Tom? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Hell no! But I'll get to the point this time. If the team had been picked execpt for LM and up front I wouldn't pick Ramirez on the left. I would keep him on the bench and bring him on as an impact sub.

A good stat off the BBC website - we are 8 points better off at this stage of the season then we were in our last season in the PL, when we were relegated.

Hee, hee. I agree. The context of me having him LM was only against the fella who named a team with Rickie as LM ... I would always play Rickie CF and Ramirez no.10

Shame about the politics, I was thinking of giving you my vote.

Sky are showing Liverpool-Arsenal. Or Arsenal-Liverpool. One of the two.

Some guy on Twitter is proclaiming to be ITK regarding tonight's starting line-up. Apparently there will be a shock in the starting line-up with a player that has "been left out in the cold".

    Lee down the left?

If so I hope it's a load of old bollocks!

He hasn't really been "left out in the cold" though has he, I would say he has been getting more minutes than his talent deserves lately!

It better bloody well not be. Hopefully it will be be Adam. Oh hang on, Downthe36 said he was out in the cold. The only logical choice is Lee if the twitter comments are to be believed (I think he's talking ****e).

I think the same, it's not beyond the bounds of reason that there will be a surprise tonight, so I think someone is gambling on being known as ITK with a quick guess.

i'd be up for giving Lee a go down the left, thought he was quite handy before he got injured! if so at least its in a game we're not expected to get anything from, much less pressure than it would be against Wigan next week
