Gerrard is only 31, should be ok for another 3-5 years. Quite like Adam too. I like all Liverpool players though. Apart from Kuyt when he is of form. But yea, we need to more investment, and there is money there, thats what everyone forgets. We are only one year into a new project. Need a little more time, will do more business in the summer, you can be sure of that....
At the end of the day, we have just beaten City and United without two of our best players. Suarez is going to be fresh when he comes back. Just need to start beating sides like Bolton home and away and we will be challenging. We have had a lot of bad luck too, hitting the post etc, that won't last forever. We are 2-3 players short of a title push.....
A fair point. He doesn't appear to be the answer - but he might end up being. Its all good building for the future but the present is also important.
