They are the only people stopping the government proper ****ing over public sector workers! some people have had their pentions lined up for 40 years but the government are now wanting to change their terms n conditions n rip them off, Illegal to be honest and wouldn't be allowed to happen in private sector, Anyone else got tomorrow off?
Well said sleepy - I am in the same boat as you. This is a fight they cannot win, shouldn't be picking and will only make matters far worse. The unions might be all right but in too many cases those that run them are in it for their own political aspirations rather than the best interests of their members.
