At least it isn't those other two warring tribes....who just love talking about each other and hardly anything else.

PS.....We do seem to have lost our two Gills visitors this season........of course they have a flying team to talk about at the moment

That was a tad uncalled for Notdistant .... we might be few in numbers but at least we can voice our opinions without being slagged off ...... threatened ...... having our email accounts hacked ..... and lastly we are all Argyle fans <ok>

Plym, brb is a busy man this season and simply doesn't have the time to get involved in our prediction league, since cyp left brb is the new super mod and believe me that is a full time job!

Gary, welcome, your comments here are appreciated and I agree that Fletcher just isn't up to it. I haven't changed my view that Fletcher has to go and now before it's too late to turn it around.

I switched on the radio 3mins past 3 and we were already a goal down?? What's that all about???

Mrs LaLa......thanks for the info on brb being top dog.....should we have relized or noticed ?

I'm feeling a bit stressed at present........does Father Christmas really exist ?........does the Tooth Fairy really put money under the pillow in exchange for milk teeth........does Carl Fletcher understand how Argyle won 3-2 after being 2-0 down or is he waiting for the DVD to come out in high definition........did he plan it like this or did he hit lucky.......and if he did, did he do the lottery today as well.

I'm so bored with all this knocking of Fletcher and the team. Both are works in progress and we have made considerable progress since one point from ten games at the start of last season. . OK, we aren't world-beaters but we have a club - which looked somewhat unlikely at times last year. Give Fletcher a break, give him time. There are encouraging signs of a better style of play emerging slowly and I don't think he has had the chance to pick his preferred starting XI once yet.

So let's get behind the team AND the manager and stop the long-distance moaning!

Point taken Westernmac, yes Sparksy & co seem more enthusiastic about our style of play this season. I'm not convinced though, it'll take more than 2 penalties to change my mind. I'll take the win though whatever the circumstances.

Plym, are you being sarky or did you really not know brb was super mod?

okay so can you all now stop moaning- now? win/lose or draw today the performance was good and 3 points was the icing on the cake. just hope fletch now realises that he can play that formation/team at home- although he may be afraid to due to all the booing and naysayers that seems to want himto fail......

Honest Mrs LaLa I had no idea about brb.........is Cypress having a break or just had enough of the job.......I pride myself at noticing most things but I had not noticed that.....I shall be more observant in future.

Well said Lyndhurst, i for one agree and hope fully we can move on and hope we do not need a change in management. A win should get the confidence going again... hopefully. we will have to wait and see.

Plym, cyp has had years of abuse - and I mean abuse from certain sections here, believe me they made PASOTI and ATD look like playground feuding. There are certain areas of this forum you just do not go, the Argyle forum has to be one of or the the most agreeable football forum on the net, maybe that is due to the punishment we take on the field - we simply don't have the stamina to continue it elsewhere. Cyp is very thick-skinned but it got to the stage he just couldn't take any more. Shame really he was an excellent super mod and was always v quick to act when called upon. I was actually one of those who put brb's name forward because I knew he was capable of friendship and banter with rival fans and also because he always seems to be around, I'm sure he will do a good job.

Regarding Aryle and Fletcher, I would love to be proven wrong but one match is not evidence of how a full season is going to pan out. Let's not forget we conceeded a goal in the opening minutes yesterday - how was that allowed to happen? A blatent defensive error by all accounts and the match was won by two penalties, I'm not knocking that but I don't believe that people's views on Fletcher will change on the back of this match. There are signs that the football is better but it is early days yet.

Thanks for filling me in Mrs LaLa.......I must admit the only place I've seen brb called a super mod is on your homepage....I am obviously looking in the wrong place.
