Spanish is right on a lot, theres more to blame than just grayson but the motivation of players is appalling. For a team to go out and absolutely hammer good quality teams and then the next be made a fool of by a next to nothing team is poor management. Thats nothing to do with no money or poor signings or shagging employees or anything. I honestly believe grayson has found his level and thats the championship, i want leeds to be so much more, why cant we attract interest of big players like i dont know west ham can although they are no where near the same club size, are in financial troubles and we have one of the best set of training facilities in the world. I'll tell you why, because they have Sam Allardyce as manager and we have simon grayson. Its amazing what players would do to play under good managers rather than just money. I reckon grayson only has a couple games at most to turn it around before he is sacked And by the way, Bates wont be initimidated by fans. I have said this before, he is here to stay (at least for now) and honestly i dont think there is anything anyone can realistically do about that
