Having Shelvey , Dyer , and Routs as heathy scratches and winning a game against a top club will make all 3 players work theyre socks off to push theyre way back into the starting line up .A perfect day on many levels , including stats .And with a no confident Man City coming up , another "" planets lining up"" time to face them .Awesome subs today , awesome .

I'd put a bid in January if I was Monk. Really impressed me today. Could be Leon's heir apparent. Jonjo stays on the bench for me now. Played much, much better without him tonight.

Just got back in from the match and definitely agree about Carroll , he's in the Leon mould and that point was echoed in the area where I sit.

Speaking of the penalty that should have been , Ian Wright the Arsenal legend totally agreed that it was and questioned young Phillips extraordinary actions which indicated to me that he thought bony was putting it on. So if that's the case doesn't simulation carry a card ?

What happenef to that ""top quality"" line up Arsenal had left after 8 injuries whitey , ill yell ya , there were holes in it imo.Unlike the Man U victory, we did a ton more to win than The Gunners did to lose .Today was a Swan story , not a Gunner one. Through all our good fortune , I think the team has finally gelled ...took a while but I think the team are finally "" Getting it

You couldn't name a team to show that Arsenal would be stronger with their eight injured players back. Neither have you taken into account. You also fail consistently to give any credit to the fact that we also have players who are injured. Today we were without key players and didn't have the luxury of calling upon seasoned Champions League players as back up.

The fact that our players who stepped in played better than the Arsenal players is a credit to them and the fact that we outmanouvered Arsenal is a credit to the manager Garry Monk.

So I will now deliver some flattering statistics.

Manchester United 1 Swansea City 2
Swansea City 2 Arsenal 1
Swansea City currently lie 5th in the Premier League after 11 games - and will remain there for the next fortnight.
